Carole Joyce: Biography

Carole Joyce is the Director of Quality Control and Human Resources for Green Leaf Farms, and serves as the head of production for Both companies are subsidiaries of Player’s Network, Inc. (PNTV), a publicly-traded, diversified holding company with interests in marijuana and media. Green Leaf Farms operates a 27,000 square foot facility in North Las Vegas and is licensed by the State of Nevada to produce medical and recreational cannabis products. is developing a nationwide social network and lifestyle channel destination for the marijuana industry. The content is designed to be informative, educational and entertaining. The channel will also be used to market all Green Leaf Farms cannabis products and byproducts to licensed dispensaries throughout Nevada.

As Director of Quality Control, Carole is responsible for implementing the overall mission of Green Leaf Farms. The goal is to produce the highest quality and safest pharmaceutical-grade cannabis for all segments of the market. Green Leaf Farms acquires and develops proprietary cannabis strains, adopts the most efficient and cost effective cultivation methods, and continues its commitment to cannabis research and advancement. Carole’s role with centers on establishing a giant hub for frequent interaction among thought leaders, researchers and scientists, growers, dispensary operators and consumers, and on creating a unique, content-rich channel for the entire marijuana industry, both medicinal and recreational, and its various participants.

For the last several years, Carole has been the CEO of Authentic Vision Consulting, Inc. and a board member of From the Heart Productions, Inc. Authentic Vision is a management consulting firm for start-ups and early-stage companies. Carole’s professional team assists CEOs and their companies with strategic planning and sustained financial progress. From the Heart is a 501(c) non-profit corporation that is engaged in assisting filmmakers with their funding requirements. Since 1993, From the Heart has assisted hundreds of documentary, feature, short films and web series in accessing capital, and offers advice on creating trailers, fine tuning pitches and building communities around films. Some of their seminal works have been featured on PBS, Discovery Channel and other major national and foreign TV stations.

Carole has almost 30 years of experience in the film, documentary and promotional events industries. She is an award-winning filmmaker for her documentary, “Survivors”, and also produced “Filmmakers”, which is now in the national archives. As a television producer, Carole has overseen the production of more than 150 shows for cable television, including “Healthstyles”, which was used as a concept on Oprah Winfrey. Guests included Deepak Chopra and Dr. Andrew Weil.

Carole began her entertainment industry career working with Haim Saban, founder of Saban Entertainment. The firm discovered talents such as Dennis Leary and Mario Joiner, and she helped to develop pilot television series for Joy Behar and Rita Rudner. While with Garamella/Fitzgerald Advertising Agency, Carole developed projects for young filmmakers David Fincher and Jessie Dylan. She has worked with Edgar J. Scherick, former President of Fox, in developing network shows. Carole has also worked with Directors David Fincher, Mark Romanic and Jessie Dylan, and with clients such as Madonna and Michael Jackson. Carole was a Vice President and owner of the leading distributor of video film stock to independent filmmakers. The company’s annual sales exceeded ten million dollars. She is a strong advocate of conscious capitalism which serves the interests of all major stakeholders – customers, employees, investors, communities, suppliers and the environment. Carole received a Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated with honors from the prestigious Brooks Institute of Photography in Ventura, California.
